Business partners Adam Pooley and Justin Fletcher have been helping people buy and sell property with combined experience of over 30 years in the industry. TW first opened their doors for business as TW Flats on the 13th March 2004. Since then we have been building a growing reputation for looking after our customers through first class service, market knowledge and expertise.
We work from our modern, contemporary and prominent double fronted office in the heart of the town where we combine the latest technology with years of local market knowledge. This provides what we think is an ‘estate agency experience’ aimed at providing you with all the answers for successfully selling your property or in the hunt to buy your perfect new home.

Tunbridge Wells is a unique slice of ‘Ole England’ mixed with a dynamic sense of vitality. It has been attracting visitors for over 400 years and King Edward VII officially recognised the popularity of the town by granting its ‘Royal’ prefix in 1909, something the town's residents are rightly proud of.
Today, there is an eclectic mix of property, shops, bars and restaurants and many other facilities we would all want from the town we live in.
